It is important that the device has:
- Camera
- Microphone
- Internet connection
3. Procedure
Open the link from the email/text message a few minutes before your appointment and follow
the instructions on the screen. If necessary, grant access to your camera
and microphone. After opening the link, you will find yourself in the virtual
waiting room. Please remain there until the doctor enters the video consultation.
- Ensure you are in a quiet environment.
- Test your sound and camera in advance.
- Have your insurance card ready.
